Zielsetzung:
Biodiversity in european forests and its communication with the methods of forestpedagogy. This is the motto of the 20th European Forest Pedagogic Congress. It will take place in Traunkirchen, in Austria and will be hosted by the Foresttrainingcenter for Forests, part of the National Research Center for Forests.

Lerninhalte:
Focus of the Congress: The BFW is dedicated to researching and preserving biodiversity in the forest with great commitment. The protection and promotion of biodiversity in our forests is of great importance in view of climatic changes. The aim of this congress is to convey and deal with the topic in forest education. The forest education activities are intended to deepen the understanding of biodiversity in the forest and to raise awareness of the sustainable use of our forests. Because only through a common awareness and action can we ensure a future worth living for future generations.
